Terms of Service

Last updated June 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of the VRUZKA website, the free Optimizer software, the guides, and any done-for-you tune-up you book. By using the site or booking a service, you agree to them.

Who we are

VRUZKA provides a free Windows optimization tool, free guides, and paid, done-for-you remote tune-up services. Contact us any time at hello@vruzka.com.

The Optimizer software

The Optimizer is provided free of charge, as-is and as-available, for personal use on Windows 10 and 11. It runs locally on your machine and makes only the changes you choose to apply.

You remain responsible for your own system. Always review the changes shown before applying them. The tool creates a system restore point and keeps a reversible changelog so you can undo any change, but you use it at your own discretion.

Booking a service

Tune-up tiers (Bronze, Elite, Grand Master) are one-time purchases at the price shown at checkout. Payment is taken securely through our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Revolut, or crypto where offered); we never see or store your full card details.

A booked session is performed live over a secure screen-share that you start and can end at any moment. We narrate every change, create a restore point first, and hand you a full, reversible report. Hardware overclocking and BIOS-level tuning are only possible where your hardware permits it.

Promotions

Promotional codes (such as a welcome discount) apply to the tiers stated, for the period stated, and cannot be combined with other offers or applied retroactively to a completed purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or services: no attempts to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer paid systems, resell the service as your own, or use it for anything unlawful.

Liability

We take real care — restore points, reversible changes, and narrated sessions — but to the maximum extent permitted by law, VRUZKA is not liable for pre-existing hardware or software faults, data you have not backed up, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The version in force is the one published here at the time you use the site or book a service.
