Refund & Rescheduling Policy

We stand behind the work. Here's exactly how refunds and rescheduling work for the done-for-you tune-ups.
30-day satisfaction guarantee
Every booked tune-up is covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with the result, contact us at hello@vruzka.com within 30 days of your session and we'll make it right or refund you in full.
Before your session
Cancel any time before your session starts for a full refund — no questions asked. Because the service is delivered live and one-to-one, refunds after a completed session are handled under the satisfaction guarantee above rather than automatically.
Rescheduling
Plans change. You can reschedule a booked session free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Just message us or open a ticket in Discord with your order ID.
How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to your original payment method via the provider you paid with (Stripe, PayPal, Revolut, or crypto). Card and PayPal refunds typically clear within 5–10 business days; timing for other methods depends on the provider.
The free tool & guides
The Optimizer and the guides are free, so there's nothing to refund there — they stay free, with no locked features or surprise charges.
