Frequently asked questions
Everything about safety, results, pricing, and how VRUZKA works. Still stuck? A real person is one message away.
Safety & reversibility
Will this break my PC?
No. VRUZKA creates a Windows restore point before any change, and every change is logged and reversible with one click. You review everything before it's applied. Nothing happens silently.
Can I undo a change later if something feels off?
Yes, individually or all at once. The changelog records every tweak with a plain-English description, and each one has its own Undo. If you'd rather start fresh, the restore point we took at the beginning rolls the whole system back to exactly where it was.
Does it delete my files or programs?
It never touches your documents, photos, or installed programs you use. Cleanup targets temp files, caches, logs, and update leftovers — the things Windows itself regenerates. Debloat removes preinstalled extras you choose to remove, and only after you've ticked them.
What if a tweak doesn't help my specific machine?
Undo it. We're upfront that not every tweak helps every system — that's why nothing is forced and everything is reversible. The before/after measurements make it obvious which changes actually moved the needle on your hardware.
What it changes
What exactly does VRUZKA change?
Four areas, all visible before they run: startup programs that don't need to launch at login, junk and temp files, Windows telemetry and suggested-content settings, and — on deeper tiers — background services, power, and thermal tuning. Each category is a transparent toggle you control.
Do you edit the registry?
Only where it's the correct, documented way to apply a setting, and every registry change is logged and reversible like any other. No mystery 'optimization' keys, no copy-pasted forum tweaks we can't explain.
Will it disable something I rely on?
Not without asking. Toggles are granular and default to caution. If a change could affect a feature you use — a service, a sync, a notification — it's flagged with what it does before you apply it.
Are the 'errors found' counts real?
We don't use them. Fake error counts and scare-tactic pop-ups are exactly the behavior VRUZKA exists to replace. We only show real, measurable findings.
Results
What gains can I realistically expect?
Faster boots, lower idle RAM, fewer background interruptions, and steadier frame times. Raw performance gains are typically in the 5 to 15% range, with bigger wins in responsiveness and startup time. We show the before/after numbers, never inflated claims.
Will it speed up an old laptop?
Often the most, actually. Older machines tend to carry the most startup bloat and junk. Results vary by hardware, which is why we measure your specific machine rather than promising a fixed figure.
Will it give me more FPS in games?
Sometimes, modestly. The biggest, most honest gaming win is steadier frame times and lower input latency rather than a huge average-FPS jump. We measure both before and after so you can see the real difference on your setup, not a marketing number.
Is 'freeing RAM' actually a thing?
Not the way most cleaners sell it. Forcing RAM free on demand usually makes things slower, because Windows uses spare memory as cache on purpose. We target the real causes of memory pressure instead.
Pricing & service
How much does it cost?
The free Optimizer and the open guides are free forever. Done-for-you tune-ups are $20 (Bronze), $50 (Elite), and $100 (Grand Master). See the services page for what's in each.
What's the difference between the tool and the service?
The tool is free software you run yourself. The service is a live, narrated session where we do the optimization for you over a secure screen-share and hand you a full report.
Are there subscriptions or upsells?
No. Service tiers are one-time payments, and the free tool stays free with no nags and no locked features that suddenly demand payment.
How do refunds and rescheduling work?
Services are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, and you can reschedule any time before your session. See the refund policy for the full details.
Trust & privacy
Do you bundle other software or toolbars?
Never. No bundled apps, no hidden installers, no browser toolbars, and no telemetry. That's a core, permanent promise, not a launch gimmick.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. VRUZKA is local-first with no telemetry. It doesn't phone home, doesn't track usage, and never uploads your data. The optimization runs entirely on your machine.
What about the remote tune-up — what can you see?
Only what's on screen during the live session, with you watching the whole time and able to end it instantly. We narrate every action as we take it, take no copies of your files, and the connection closes when we're done.
Why should I trust this over the big-name optimizers?
Because we show our work. Every tear-down is filmed and explained — what we change, why, and the raw before/after numbers, including the runs that didn't help. That's the whole point of VRUZKA: provable, reversible, no scare tactics.
The tool
Which Windows versions are supported?
Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64-bit. The download is about 18 MB and needs no account.
Do I need an account or to be online?
No account, and you only need a connection to download it. The optimizer itself works fully offline since everything runs locally on your PC.
