Privacy Policy
Last updated June 1, 2026
VRUZKA is local-first. The Optimizer never sends your system data to us. This policy explains what the website and the booked services collect, why, and your rights over it.
What we collect
Website & contact: details you choose to submit — your name, email, and message via the contact or newsletter forms — plus privacy-first, cookieless analytics (aggregate page views, no cross-site tracking).
Payments: when you book a tune-up, payment is processed by our providers (Stripe, PayPal, Revolut, or a crypto processor). They handle your payment details under their own privacy policies; we receive only confirmation and basic order info (tier, amount, your email).
The Optimizer: runs entirely on your PC. It contains no telemetry, does not phone home, and never uploads your files or settings.
How we use it
To deliver what you asked for — reply to messages, send the checklist and updates you signed up for, fulfil and support your booking — and to understand, in aggregate, what's useful on the site. We don't sell your data, ever.
Remote tune-up sessions
A booked session is a screen-share you start with your explicit consent and can end instantly. We watch only what's on screen, narrate every action, take no copies of your files, and don't record the session unless you specifically ask us to.
Email & marketing
If you join the newsletter we'll email the free checklist and occasional tear-downs. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and we won't share your address.
Cookies
We keep cookies to a minimum. A small amount of local browser storage remembers things like your cookie choice and whether you've seen a one-time offer; our analytics are cookieless.
Your rights
Under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to processing, at any time. Email hello@vruzka.com and we'll action it.
